Through transcriptome analysis, we explored the molecular mechanism of chlorantraniliprole-induced fat accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. The RT-qPCR experiment in this study showed that the optimal time point for expression of adipogenesis-related primers was 24h after chlorantraniliprole treatment of 3T3-L1 cells, and the cells differentiated for 24 h were collected for RNA sequencing.
