This dataset provides global gross primary productivity (GPP), transportation (Tr), and evapotranspiration (ET) for 2001-2020 with a spatial resolution of 0.05° and a temporal resolution of 8 days.(1) Model description and performanceThis dataset is based on the light use efficiency model, Fick's Law, and the optimal regulation theory to construct the correlation between solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) and GPP and canopy stomatal conductance (Gc). Based on this, ETLook and optimized Gash models were used for data generation. While ensuring excellent site GPP, Tr and ET fitting accuracy (GPP R<sup>2</sup>=0.808, Tr R<sup>2</sup>=0.738, ET R<sup>2</sup>=0.749), this dataset has outstanding accuracy in water use efficiency (WUE, GPP/ET) and vegetation water use efficiency (WUE<sub>T,</sub><sub> </sub>GPP/Tr) (WUE R<sup>2</sup>=0.614, WUE<sub>T</sub> R<sup>2</sup>=0.579).<br>We anticipate this new dataset will be valuable in assessing long-term terrestrial photosynthesis and constraining the global carbon budget and associated water fluxes.<br>(2) Dataset informationData format: nc Spatial extent: 60S-90N 180W-180E Scale factor: 0.001 Unit: g C m<sup>-2</sup> day<sup>-1 </sup>/ mm day<sup>-1</sup>
