Numerical model code, input files, output data, and analysis code, for publication "Deep Boundary Current Mixing driven by flow-topography interactions"

This data set includes all the model code and input files needed to reproduce the MITgcm numerical simulations described in the publication "Deep Boundary Current Mixing Driven by Flow-Topography Interactions" to appear in Journal of Physical Oceanography. All matlab analysis scripts and matlab diagnostic data used to create the figures in the manuscript are included. A few raw model output files are also included, but due to space limitations, we are unable to include all model output. Observational data used for comparison with model data, and to initialize the model, are also included.
