The linkage between greenhouse gases fluxes and the compositional and functional dynamics of soil bacterial communities

This project used a degraded and a non-degraded pasture area to study how changes in greenhouse gases emissions are related to soil moisture, and how they affect soil bacteriome and its transcriptional profile. Deepening knowledge in the dynamics envolved is these processes is necessary, since this is still a poorly understood topic.
