This BioProject aggregates high-throughput sequencing datasets generated in a chondrocyte cell line to characterize active regulatory landscapes relevant to skeletal gene regulation. We generated ATAC-seq to profile chromatin accessibility and H3K27ac CUT&Tag to map active enhancer/promoter-associated histone acetylation. Raw sequencing reads are deposited in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA), and the associated Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) record provides study/sample metadata and processed outputs (e.g., peak calls and genome browser signal tracks).
