The full-length transcript library was constructed by the third-generation full-length transcriptome (the newly identified ISOFORM , corrected by the sequencing results of the second-generation transcriptome), and the sheep reference genome (OAR_Rambouillet_V1.0 , GCA_002742124.1) was combined as the reference genome. There were analyzed the gene transcription levels in muscle tissue of black Tibetan sheep at different developmental stages, and explored the expression information of core differential genes.
