资源简介:
Sensory cells of the gut epithelium and vagus nerve are key regulators of various physiological processes including satiety and metabolism. In this study, we profile sensory cells of the gut (enteroendocrine cells, EECs) and vagus nerve (neurons) using 10X Genomics single cell sequencing. Overall design: Mouse gut and nodose ganglion of the vagus nerve tissue were digested to single cell suspensions. FACS sorting was used to enrich transgenic mouse gut tissue for EECs. GPR41, Ngn3, NeuroD1, Tph1, Chga, Epcam, and Cldn were used to sort for different populations of EECs. 12 EEC libraries and 4 nodose libraries were generated.
