The Effect of GPER1 genetic variants on systolic blood pressure in postmenopausal women in the UK Biobank

This dataset contains the summary effect estimates of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the GPER1 gene on systolic blood pressure for postmenopausal women in the UK Biobank. Table S1 shows the SNP effects for each GPER1 variant in all postmenopausal women regardless of parity. Table S2 shows SNP effects for each GPER1 variant in nulliparous women. Table S3 shows SNP effects for each GPER1 variant in multiparous women. Table S4 shows the difference in the SNP effects on mean systolic blood pressure in parous versus nulliparous women.
