Parental pericentromeric methylation status drives methylome remodeling and heterosis in Arabidopsis hybrids [WGBS_epiRILs]

WGBS of 169 ddm1-derived epiRILs 169 ddm1-derived epigenetic recombinant inbred lines (epiRILs) were obtained from the Versailles Arabidopsis Stock center of INRA (http://publiclines.versailles.inra.fr/) and they were propagated in a fully automatic phenotyping facility for small plants at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK). Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing was performed at the Beijing Genome Institute. Overall design: We performed Whole Genome Bisilphute Sequencing to 169 epiHybrids, 160 epiRILs and the 2 msCol plants that used for the crosses Raw data have been analyzed again (GSE171414)
