The dataset is survey and archival data combined (n = 169).The survey was conducted in the Asia Research and Development (R&D) center of an international company. We sent our questionnaire to employees via E-mail to measure their social network for exploration, supervisor support, and innovative behavior.Innovations, includes the number of invention disclosures and patents, were obtained from archive data from 2016 to 2020.
