The register shall contain the list of requests for access to documents, with the subject matter, the date and the outcome thereof, together with the date of the decision, and shall be published by obscuring any personal data that may be present.本登记册应收录文档查阅申请清单，载明申请事由、申请日期、申请结果以及作出决定的日期，并在发布时对其中涉及的所有个人数据进行脱敏遮蔽处理。
