To assess the effects of increased N deposition on GHG fluxes (N2O, CO2, and CH4) and ecosystem C and N storage in this severely disturbed grassland, we conducted a 3-year simulated experiment under five gradients of N addition (N0, background level; N10, 10 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹; N20, 20 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹; N40, 40 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹; N80, 80 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹) in a semiarid grassland in agro-pastoral ecotone of northern China.
为评估氮素沉积增加对温室气体通量(N2O、CO2 和 CH4)以及严重扰动草原生态系统碳氮储存的影响,本研究在北方中国农牧生态过渡带的半干旱草原上,开展了为期三年的模拟实验。实验设置五个氮素添加梯度(N0,背景水平;N10,10 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹;N20,20 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹;N40,40 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹;N80,80 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹)以探究氮素输入对生态系统的影响。
