Prediction of liquid-liquid phase separation and liquid-solid phase transition propensities of the Tau protein and its mutants

This repository contains data and analysis related to the liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) and liquid-solid phase transition (LSPT) propensities of the human Tau protein (FL isoform, 1-441, UniProt ID: P10636-8) and its truncated mutants. The data was generated using computational tools to assess phase separation and aggregation tendencies under different conditions.
