Citrus clementina isolate:Citrus clementina, Poncirus trifoliata, and their 200 F1 hybrids Genome sequencing

We constructed a F1 population derived from Citrus clementina x Poncirus trifoliata, and then established a high-density genetic linkage map of citrus using SSR and SNP markers. The densest genetic map of Poncirus trifoliata was also performed. Combined genetic maps with leaf abscission-related segregation phenotypes of progenies, QTL mapping was conducted and two candidate regions were identified. These results provide valuable information for genome organization, genome comparison and QTL mapping studies in citrus.
