Gene inactivating mutation results from "The genomic and cellular basis of biosynthetic innovation in rove beetles"

This dataset contains the output of TOGA (https://github.com/hillerlab/TOGA) for each ecitocharine taxon against the Dalotia genome assembly (e.g., dcor_Ecitophya_TOGA_Qhox.tar.gz). Reference and query genomes in 2bit format, genome annotation of Dalotia in the bed12 format and alignment chain files used as input to run TOGA are provided.This dataset also contains independent gene loss prediction from snpEff based on a variant call file of the three ecitocharine taxa against the Dalotia genome assembly following GATK best practices pipeline. The SNP and INDEL variant call files (VCF) and the list of core biosynthetic genes (BS_genes.list) used to filter each VCF file are provided.
