Melatonin on post-harvest quality of apple fruit

Melatonin is an well identified molecule and recently showed promising effects on posthatvest fresh produce. 'Fuji' apple was treated with melatonin solution in different concentration. Post-harvest quality of apple were greately influenced by melatonin treatment by affecting antioxidant capacity and hormonal regulation.
