Effects of exercise on gene expression profiles of long non-coding RNA and mRNA in spinal dorsal horn of rats with neuropathic pain

Neuropathic pain (NP) is a major public health problem. Exercise can help inhibition of NP, but the related mechanism remains unclear. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) is fast becoming a key instrument in the physiology and pathology processes of NP. Therefore, we explored differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs in the spinal dorsal horn of rats in three groups through RNA sequencing techniques.
