Data set of carbon storage distribution in Yili area of Xinjiang based on InVEST model

Xinjiang Yili area is located in the arid zone of Eurasia, but it is rich in water resources and biological resources. It is an important contributor to regional carbon storage and ecosystem stability in Xinjiang. Exploring the distribution of carbon storage in Yili area can provide scientific reference for land use spatial planning. In this study, the InVEST model and three-phase land use data ( LUCC ) were used to explore the carbon storage and its spatial distribution in Yili, Xinjiang. This data set consists of four types of data : land use data, meteorological data, carbon density data and carbon storage data in Ili area. Data quality control is carried out in the whole process of data acquisition and processing to ensure accurate and reliable data. This data set can be used as a basic scientific data to explore the impact of land use change on regional carbon storage, and also provide a scientific reference for optimizing the spatial pattern of land use.
