Replication Data for Comparison of NADAL COVID IgG/IgM rapid test and DiaSorin Liaison SARS-CoV-2 S1/S2 IgG assay across different blood sources and substrates

This dataset contains individual-level data from the VALICAP and PROTECT studies evaluating the performance of the NADAL COVID IgG/IgM rapid test and the DiaSorin Liaison SARS-CoV-2 S1/S2 IgG assay across venous and capillary blood samples, as well as serum and whole blood matrices. Data include participant demographics, test results, and interpretation coding. The Codebook tab provides definitions and value labels for each variable. This dataset supports replication of the manuscript analyses submitted to Microbiology Spectrum.
