The general objective of this study is contribute to the study of the genomic bases of adaptive radiations with particular focus on sexually deceptive orchids (genus Ophrys). To do so, we generated and analyzed a broad set of genomic data relying on short- and long-read technologies (i.e. Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Technology) and approaches (i.e. Shotgun and Genotyping By Sequencing protocols (nGBS)). This study includes at the moment raw reads from whole-genome sequencing for three Ophrys species: Ophrys aveyronensis, Ophrys aymoninii and Ophrys lutea. For each species, data consist of about 100 Gb of Illumina 2x150 bp reads plus Nanopore reads obtained from 2 R9 flowcells of ONT MinIon.
