Observed (So) and estimated (Se, first-order-Jackknifing) number of genetic types of Globigerinella siphonifera for the global and regional data sets. Only in the Red Sea the observed number of types does not fall within the 95% confidence interval (CI95) of the estimate, suggesting the existence of at least one more genetic type in that region.
