Raw data on sheep follicular fluid proteomics

This data is related to a study to describe the proteins present in this fluid and correlate with the follicular development, basing the findings on small and large growing follicles.
The ovaries were collected in a slaughterhouse and transported to the laboratory to collect follicular fluid. For proteomic analysis, the follicular fluid was submitted to albumin depletion and then analyzed for protein concentration by the Bradford method for mass spectrometry.
