The PIP Supporters (PS) Toolkit is a digital prototype designed with a citizen about to claim Personal Independence Payment, which contributes to collecting evidence (to make a claim) from other people who support a claimant in their daily needs. The PS Toolkit was provided to professional advisors and then discussed as a summative evaluation in individual semi-structured interviews. The files in the Zip are the three pseudonymised transcripts.
