SUMMARY The invention relates to an algae composition in the form of an aqueous suspension. More particularly， the invention relates to an aqueous suspension composition that includes one or more algae selected from green algae， red algae， golden algae， brown algae， golden-brown algae， blue algae， blue-green algae or their species in the 0.1% - 65% by weight range with one or more surfactants in the 0.1% -50% by weight range; with one or more structuring agents in the range of 0.01% -5% by weight， where the composition has a particle size range of 0.1 micron to 60 micron. Furthermore， the invention relates to a process for preparing the algae composition comprising at least one algae and at least one agrochemically acceptable excipient in the form of an aqueous suspension. The invention further relates to a method of treating plants， seeds， crops， plant propagation material， site， parts thereof， or soil with the algae composition in the form of an aqueous suspension.
