Supplementary data for Zink et al. , "Insights into Imprinting from Parent-of-Origin Phased Methylomes and Transcriptomes", Nature Genetics (2018)<br>We combined whole genome oxidative bisulfite sequencing of 285 people and allele-specific RNA-seq from 11,617 blood samples with parent-of-origin (PofO) phased haplotypes, to produce a new map of imprinted methylation and gene expression patterns across the human genome.<br>Here we make available data files with average and PofO-specific methylation levels per CpG site, <i>P</i>-value for PofO-specific methylation per CpG site, and <i>P</i>-value for PofO-specific expression per exonic SNP, respectively<br>
