Analysis code for: Modulating neutrophil response to injury enables enhanced skin regeneration

Single-cell RNA-seq analysis code accompanying Labit et al., "Modulating neutrophil response to injury enables enhanced skin regeneration." Covers quality control, sample integration, cell type annotation, neutrophil subclustering, RNA velocity and latent time (scVelo), MELD perturbation likelihood estimation, neutrophil maturity state assignment by reference mapping to Xie et al. 2020, and cross-species validation in human oral mucosa. Scripts are numbered in run order and named for the figures they produce. All analyses are unsupervised or use published reference datasets; no model was trained.
