The PSP is a master planned area of approximately 1,060ha in the Leneva Valley located south east of the existing Wodonga township, bisected by Baranduda Boulevard. </div><div style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'><br /></div><div style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>In order to fund the development of major infrastructure, the acquisition of land and construction of specific projects, Council developed a Development Contribution Plan (DCP). Among other things, the DCP funds the construction of an indoor stadium and two sports pavilions within the PSP. These facilities will be funded by the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) contributions collected from residential dwellings within the PSP. These facilities will create a strong attractor for future residents of the area.</div><div style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'><br /></div><div style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>Prior to the issue of a building permit for a dwelling in the Leneva Baranduda Precinct Structure Plan, the applicant for the building permit must pay the CIL to Council.
