Acintobacter Baumanni Raw Genomic Sequence Data

The sequence data of the Acinetobacter baumannii genome was retrieved from the primary databases . A total of twenty different strains were used to produce a large dataset. Accurate taxonomic classification and assignment of organism names is still a crucial issue in keeping the integrity of sequence databases. Recent approaches to bacterial species annotation have been developed based on deep learning and are capable of solving the problems of correct taxonomic classification, with accuracies of more than 89% at species level. The ePath platform provides essential gene predictions with accuracies from 75-91% in diverse prokaryotic genomes. Overall, there were 73,802 labelled gene sequences: 20,287 essential genes (Class 1) and 53,515 non-essential genes (Class 0).
