Common antiviral cytotoxic t-lymphocyte epitope for diverse arenaviruses.

This epitope is cited in this study as the WT Sabia virus NP 118-126 sequence, but the sequence found in current databases is RSASGGVYL. An internal source is provided here to account for the discrepancy between the sequence cited and the one currently found in genebank/swiss-prot databases. The binding affinity was 30+/-20 (SC50 [uM]) and was determined by measuring peptide-induced stabilization of H-2 Ld molecules at the surfaces of P815 cells.
