Exploring the perceptions of circulation staff on implementing digital services to reduce anxiety and technophobia

This study aim to explore the causes of technophobia and possible strategies that can be implemented to assist staff in ensuring a smooth transition from a traditional to a digital environment. It also seeks to find recommendations and suggestions on possible changes that can be implemented to make the transformation less fearsome and more comfortable.
