Sequencing of ANIT model mice and Yinzhihuang treatment group

In order to investigate whether Yinzhihuang ameliorates cholestatic liver injury in relation to intestinal microorganisms and to identify the characteristic flora involved in the amelioration of cholestatic liver injury by Yinzhihuang, we performed 16s rDNA sequencing of intestinal contents of mice from the ANIT model and the Yinzhihuang-treated group.
