Apis cerana, Apis florea, Apis dorsata, Apis mellifera, Trigona Genome sequencing and assembly

This project aims to analyze the genetic diversity of honey bee populations across different geographical regions of India. We will sequence the mitochondrial COI gene and perform comparative genomic analyses to identify potential markers for population differentiation.
