Metabolites with Variable Importance in the Projection (VIP) scores > 1 from sparse Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis (sPLS-DA) unique to either early-saver (ES) or late-saver (LS) genotype. There were 52 VIP metabolites associated only with ES and 73 only with LS.
