The Wheat experiment was conducted under conventional or chemical and natural farming system. Under natural farming system different NF inputs such as Mulching and Ghanjeevamrit were used. Soil samples from both farming system were collected before sowing and at the time of harvest. Natural farming input samples were also collected before sowing. 16s rRNA and ITS Amplicon Metagenomics of Soil and Natural Farming Input Samples were studied.
