Dataset of geckos collected and scored for the study. list refers to distance from the urban edge for each collection site; sex refers to the sex of the gecko (j denotes juvenile); mite refers to counts and presence absence of Geckobia mites; pent refers to presence/absence of Raillietiella eggs in the faeces (pent.eggs) is the egg count in the faecal float); waddy refers to intensity and presence absence of Waddycephalus; abund refers to the relative abundance of geckos at the site.
