This dataset comprises the raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data (RNA level) generated from the microbiome of the predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis. The study investigated the effects of Cobalt-60 gamma irradiation-induced mutagenesis and subsequent heat stress on the gut and/or whole-body microbial community structure of the mites.
