资源简介:
Asexual development is the main propagation and transmission mode of Beauveria bassiana and the basis of its pathogenicity. Clarifying the regulation mechanism of conidiation, and digging out the key gene resources for utilization, are important basis and key links to improve the conidia yield and quality of B.bassiana, and then promote the industrialization of fungal pesticides. The upstream developmental activation (UDA) pathway containing the signal transducer genes fluG could initiate the conidiophore development by activating the central developmental pathway (CDP) genes. The fluG is the key switch gene that terminate the growth of hyphae and initiate the conidiation by activating the flbA-flbE in different ways after receiving the signal stimulation.Transcriptome analysis was used to study the transcriptional changes of related genes after fluG knockout in Beauveria bassiana.
