The goal of this study was to determine the chromatin accessibility difference between WT and PIN1 knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Overall design: Wildtype and PIN1 knockout MEFs were serum starved for 48 hours, and stimulated 4hrs to induce MYC expression. ATAC-seq were performed on three biological replicates for each condition.
