PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric working machine suppressing a connection failure of an electrode due to entering of foreign matter or the like into an electrode portion. SOLUTION: An electric working machine includes: a power source connection section which is connected to a power source; a pole which has the power source connection section mounted at one end and a supply side electrode applied with power supplied from the power source at the other end; a drive section which has a connection section detachable from the pole and a receiving side electrode connected to the supply side electrode and is driven by power supplied from the power source; and a cover which is provided in one of the pole or the drive section and covers the supply side electrode and the receiving side electrode in a state in which both the electrodes are connected. The cover is movable with respect to one of the pole or the drive section so that the electrode provided with the cover of the supply side electrode or the receiving side electrode is exposed.
