This dataset contains the basic clinical outcomes of 50 consecutive patients (100 eyes) who underwent bilateral cataract surgery with implantation of the Max Vision™ intraocular lens (OphthalmoPro GmbH, St. Ingbert, Germany), performed in Centro de Ojos Quilmes (Argentina). The dataset includes preoperative and 1-month postoperative follow-up measurements, comprising visual acuity outcomes, refractive data, intraocular pressure values, and safety parameters. These data correspond to the initial follow-up assessment of a prospective real-world clinical evaluation of this hybrid full range of vision intraocular lens.
