资源简介:
The data includes traffic data from permanent traffic count station located on the expressway S7 in the Tri-City Agglomeration area in Poland. The data covers the 2 months of 2015 (May, October) and one direction of traffic (eastbound).  S7 is the expressway located along the European routes E28 and E77. It connects the Tri-City with Warsaw, Kielce and Krakow agglomerations. The existing section of expressway with 2x2 cross-section (2 carriageways with two lanes each) connects pomorskie and warminsko-mazurskie voivodships. The planned length of the route is 706 km, which makes it the longest expressway in Poland.  A permanent traffic count station is located at the beginning of the expressway (km 0.6) in Gdansk in the vicinity of Gdansk Poludnie interchange. Data is collected continuously and comprise for each vehicle: time of passage, spot speed, class and length, gap between cars. The data was aggregated to 5-min intervals.  This study is part of MOP-DZ research project: RID2B - Modern methods of calculating the road capacity and assessment of traffic conditions of roads outside municipal agglomerations, including expressway roads, financed by the National Centre for Research and Development (Poland) and the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
