On Approval of the Program to Ensure the Management of Social Protection of the Executive Committee of the Slavutsk City Council of Court Decisions and Related Charges for 2021 2023

The program to ensure the implementation by the management of social protection of the population of the executive committee of the Slavutsk City Council of court decisions and related penalties for 2021-2023 (hereinafter referred to as the program) is designed to ensure the execution of court decisions and executive documents, the defendant for which is the Department of Social Protection of the Executive Committee of the Slavutsk City Council in terms of the implementation of delegated powers, not provided with sufficient financial resources from the State Budget of Ukraine.本方案旨在保障斯拉武特市议会执行委员会人口社会保护管理部门落实2021—2023年度法院判决及相关罚金的执行工作（以下简称“本方案”）。本方案所覆盖的法院判决与执行文书的被执行人，为斯拉武特市议会执行委员会社会保护部门；该部门在履行委托职权过程中，未获得乌克兰国家预算拨付的足额财政资金。
