Immunogenicity of homologous versus heterologous B mHA WIVs in mice

A head-to-head comparision of the immuogenicity of the homologous verus heterologous B mHA WIV in mice. The immunization groups include those in B mHA-immuno-01 and B mHA-immuno-02 studies using AddaVax as the adjuvant. A duplicate set of groups were immunized in the absence of the adjuvant. Passive transfer/challenge studies against multiple influenza B virus strains will be performed using sera from the terminal bleeding.
