资源简介:
To investigate the role of LDHA in myeloid cells in the response to pulmonary infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, we infected LDHAfl/fl:LysM+/- mice with Mtb-H37Rv via the aerosol route. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the lungs of these animals at 4 and 30 weeks post infection. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the lung tissue of LDHAfl/fl:LysM+/- (WT) and LDHAfl/fl:LysM+/- (KO) mice infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis for 4 or 30 weeks.
