Biological, chemical and other data collected aboard the ATLANTIS during cruise AT26-04 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2013-07-31 to 2013-08-26 (NODC Accession 0113897)

NODC accession 0113897 includes biological, chemical, optical and physical data collected aboard the ATLANTIS during cruise AT26-04 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2013-07-31 to 2013-08-26. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE and surface irradiance. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, PAR Sensor, echo sounder, fluorometer and oxygen meter. These data were collected by H. Paul Johnson of University of Washington, and by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as part of Thermal Structure of the Cascadia Subduction Zone on the Washington Margin. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NODC as part of the NSF sponsored Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. The CTD data submitted by the originator represent the raw data suite. Processed versions of the data were generated by NODC.
