Data and code for analysis of detection time and visibility ratings across experimental conditions

This repository contains de-identified experimental data and R scripts used to analyze detection time and visibility ratings across multiple groups and target depths (anterior vs posterior). Analyses include linear mixed-effects models to assess group and depth effects, as well as an ordinal mixed-effects model for sensitivity analysis of visibility ratings. Pairwise comparisons were conducted using estimated marginal means with Tukey adjustment. The dataset is provided as an Excel file with separate sheets for detection time and visibility rating data. The accompanying R script reproduces all analyses reported in the study.
