Genome wide ChIP-seq and RNA-seq (nascentRNA) study determining the global binding sites and target genes of Cebp-alpha isoforms p30 and p42 and of the downstream target Egr1. Primary hematopoietic cells pretransformed with either HoxA9 or MLL-ENL were transduced with inducible, degron-modified p42-FKBP, p30-FKBP, and Egr1-FKBP. Genomic binding was determined by ChIP-seq after protein induction. RNA inventory of the cells was recorded by nascentRNA seq in a time course after protein induction.
