Expression dada in adult mouse cardiomyocytes with knockdown of Hoxa5 (ID:15402) or not and treated with phenylephrine (100μM)

HOXA5 is important in overload-induced cardiac hypertrophy. We uesd RNA-Seq to detail global expression program alterations in adult mice cardiomyocytes transfected with Small interfering RNA (siN or siHoxa5 )and treated with phenylephrine(100μM) . Comparisons consisted of identifying Hoxa5-affected gene expression patterns. Adult mouse cardiomyocytes were isolated and cultured, and transfected with Small interfering RNA targetting to Negtive control or Hoxa5. After 24 hours later, cardiomyocytes were treated with phenylephrine(100μM) for 24 hours
