受石油资源供应不稳定和环境污染的双重影响,以天然可再生资源为原料制备高分子材料越来越受重视。另一方面,基于紫外光固化技术的光固化树脂具有高效率、低能耗、低VOC排放等优点,也引起了人们的广泛关注。文章介绍了植物油基光固化树脂的最新研究进展,包括不饱和酯预聚体(如环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)、活性稀释剂、环氧树脂、巯基-烯结合树脂等。最后,对植物油基紫外光固化树脂的发展前景进行了展望。

Affected by the dual pressures of unstable petroleum resource supply and environmental pollution, the preparation of polymer materials using natural renewable resources as raw materials has gained growing attention. On the other hand, UV-curable resins based on ultraviolet light curing technology have attracted widespread attention due to their advantages such as high efficiency, low energy consumption and low VOC emissions. This paper reviews the latest research progress in vegetable oil-based UV-curable resins, including unsaturated ester prepolymers (such as epoxy acrylate, polyurethane acrylate), reactive diluents, epoxy resins, thiol-ene resins and other related systems. Finally, an outlook on the development prospects of vegetable oil-based UV-curable resins is provided.
