Share of online card purchases in total payments in Chile 2014-2020

The share of e-commerce card transactions in total payments in Chile has grown in recent years. During the first half of 2020, online sales accounted for 28 percent of total sales in the South American country. That figure was almost twice as high as the one observed in the first half of 2017. Chile is among the main e-commerce markets in Latin America.
